Mission Statement

The Band Parents' Association (BPA) of Winston Churchill High School supports our Charger Band and its programs through volunteering, fundraising, and parent leadership. The BPA promotes the musical education of our students, supports the band director, encourages excellence, and fosters a positive sense of community within the Band and throughout Winston Churchill High School.
