Once again our Band and Color Guard upheld the Charger tradition in BOA competition. This year’s
program titled “Joy” allowed these young adults to perform at the high caliber required to advance
to the BOA SuperRegional Finals!
With a new Band Director and Color Guard director some might have thought this was a ‘rebuilding’ year. NOT!
From the hours of practice and drills beginning with the hot summer days and through early fall the program advanced to another outstanding performance at the BOA SuperRegional Preliminary’s and Finals.
Congratulations to Mr. Pollard, his staff, and the entire Churchill Charger Band and Color Guard for another exciting and energetic marching season.

THE ROAD TO ALL-STATE:
From Mr. Pollard:
Hello fantastic Churchill band members.
I cannot wait until I can meet each of you and get to know you. As you know
the single most important factor in making a great band program is the individual
performers associated with that program... that's you! Please check out the
following website, download or copy the information that is relevant to
your particular instrument and make sure you own these books!

Please contact your private teacher and put together
a schedule that will allow you to learn all of this material in the near future.
